RESPONSE DATE:  Quotes  are due prior to the Closing Date and Time specified on Page 1 of the Solicitation/Request for Quote (RFQ).

The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about its estimated issue date of  10/10/2024.    Due to system constraints, it may take as long as three business days from the stated issue date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS

The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.

The Small Business size standard is 750 employees.

Both NSNs are procured in accordance with Qualified Product List (QPL).

Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation
