About this opportunity
The Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) has issued a Special Notice seeking information from potential sources that could provide the necessary skills, facilities, and personnel to support prototyping a Multi-Function Precision Radar (MFPR). The MFPR is intended to deliver precision radar tracking capabilities, interface with government-provided command and control systems, and support projectiles in flight.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to identify contractors with the technical qualifications, corporate capability, and integration expertise to develop, manufacture, and deliver a minimum of two MFPR prototypes by Q4FY27 to support an Operational Demonstration in FY28. Responses must demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the required timeline, provide cost estimates, and detail the proposed MFPR solution's performance characteristics. The government anticipates awarding a contract in 3QFY25 and encourages small businesses to respond. Respondents may be required to execute non-disclosure agreements with non-government personnel assisting in the evaluation process.
