The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and comply with Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE) regulations for the current incumbent employee. The government will award to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, with quotations due by 5:00 PM BST on September 2, 2025.
This opportunity has no set-aside designation and is unrestricted to all qualified contractors. There is a current incumbent employee who will be covered under TUPE law and must be retained by the successful contractor. The contract covers a one-year base period from September 27, 2025 to September 26, 2026, with one optional one-year extension that may be exercised at the government's discretion. The services will be performed full-time Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 14:30 at the Marine Security Guard Residence in London, with the U.S. Embassy providing all food supplies and kitchen equipment as detailed in the comprehensive kitchen inventory attachment.
