Update #6 · Latest ·
This is an amendment to extend the deadline for the solicitation until 5 p.m. on Friday 23 July 2010. No other changes have been made to the solicitation.
Update #5 ·
Q. In the original Solicitation, Section H.1 Special Contract Requirements - Wage Determinations 1997-0304 and 1195-0751 are incorporated into this contract. Both of these determinations are for North Carolina. Which wage determination should a contractor use who is performing services under the contract in Area 3 (Albany, GA)?
A. The Wage Determinations for all the counties in Area III are 95-0574 Rev. 27, 95-0611 Rev 25, 01-0032 Rev. 16, 95-0611 Rev 25, and 95-0646 Rev 25 dated 22 June 2010.
Q. With two North Carolina Wage Determinations having been incorporated into the Solicitation, how is the Contractor to determine which Wage Determination to use. In previous Direct Procurement Method contracts and in the current active contract, Wage Determination 1997-0304 is the Wage Determination that has been incorporated. I would respectfully suggest that this is the more appropriate Wage Determination for the Area 1 (Camp Lejeune) and Area 2 (Cherry Point) services. Please clarify.
A. The correct Department of Labor Wage Determination for Areas I and II is No. 95-0751 Revision No. 25 dated 22 June 2010.
Q. In CLIN 0003, Item 0003 AA and Item 0003 AB (Base Year), the Estimated annual quantities are listed as "NR". However, in the subsequent Option Years there is an Estimated annual quantity listed. Is this accurate?
A. No. The subsequent option periods should read NR. See M67001-10-R-0002-0003 for changes to subCLINs 1003AA and AB, 2003AA and AB, 3003AA and AB, and 4003AA and AB.
Q. In CLIN 0004, Item 0004 AA (Base Year), the Estimated annual quantities are listed as "NR". However, in the subsequent Option Years there is an Estimated annual quantity listed. Is this accurate?
A. No. The subsequent option periods should read NR. See M67001-10-R-0002-0003 for changes to subCLINs 1004AA, 2004AA, 3004AA, and 4004AA.
Q. In CLIN 0005, Item 0005 AA (Base Year), the Estimated annual quantities are listed as "NR". However, in the subsequent Option Years there is an Estimated annual quantity listed. Is this accurate?
A. No. The subsequent option periods should read NR. See M67001-10-R-0002-0003 for changes to subCLINs 1005AA, 2005AA, 3005AA, and 4005AA.
Q. In CLIN 0047, Item 0047 AC (Base Year) and Item 2047 AC (Option Year 2), the Item "47 AC" is "Disassembly of Government-Owned Containers", yet in Option Year 1, Option Year 3, and Option Year 4, Item "47 AC is for Assembly of Government-Owned Containers. In those same Option Years (1, 3, 4), Item "47 AD" is for Disassembly of Government-Owned Containers. In the Base Year and Option Year 2, there is not an Item "47 AD" listed at all. Please clarify.
A. The correct subCLIN structure was used in Option Periods 1, 3, and 4. The base period and Option Period 2 have been changed in M67001-10-R-0002-003 so all these services are described the same way for each period.
Q. In the Solicitation section for Area 1 (Camp Lejeune) CLIN 0013, there are three different services listed as requirements:
1) A. Item 0013 AA - HHG - Attempted Pickup
B. Item 0013 AB - Unaccompanied Baggage - Attempted Pickup
2) Item 0013 AC - Extra Pickup
3) Item 0013 AD - Cancellation of Previously Scheduled Move
However, in Area 2 (Cherry Point, NC) for the same Item 13, only one service is listed - Attempted Pickups for HHG and Unaccompanied Baggage. Extra Pickups and Cancellations of Previously Scheduled Moves are not listed at all. Please clarify.
A. These services have been added to Area II and Area III. As a result the subCLINs for 0049, 1049, 2049, 3049, 4049, 0079, 1079, 2079, 2079, and 4079 have changed in M67001-10-R-0002-0003.
Update #4 ·
