About this opportunity
This solicitation is for the repair of a FEMA National Radio System (FNARS) antenna located at the Montana Emergency Operations Center. It is being issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Community Section. The contractor will be required to remove the current rope/poly cord at the top of the antenna, replace it with FEMA-supplied poly-cord, and install additional utility pole eye bolts. The contractor must also restore any disturbed areas, perform testing on the repaired antenna, and provide documentation. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal, and pricing must be valid for 30 days after submission.
This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The work must be completed within 45 calendar days of contract award. The government has funding in place for this requirement, and the Independent Government Cost Estimate suggests the total award value will be sufficient to cover the contractor's pricing. The place of performance is the United States.
Notice text
You are requested to provide firm-fixed pricing for the services specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) in accordance with the RFQ attachment provided. The Government requests pricing for the services listed in the SOW to be in effect for thirty (30) days after the date of your RFQ response. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The technical approach should not include prices. The price breakdown should be provided as a separate document.
