About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is soliciting quotes for the replacement and relocation of two Monaco D-21 alarm receivers at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas, under RFQ N6883626Q0008. The procurement includes all associated ancillary equipment, supplies, installation services, and operator training as needed. The contractor must be a certified Monaco technician, and all equipment and parts must be fully compatible with Monaco's existing equipment and software currently installed at the facility. Key contract requirements include configuring both alarm receivers with the current NAS Corpus Christi alarm database, ensuring connectivity with the NAS Corpus Christi LAMAS system and the NRSE Region Dispatch Center at NAS Jacksonville, Florida, and coordinating base access through the NAS Corpus Christi Emergency Management Officer. The offer due date is April 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM, with evaluation based on firm fixed-price pricing across three line items: Equipment & Freight, Technical Services, and PMI Service.

This requirement is designated as a 100 percent set-aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), though the solicitation indicates an unrestricted acquisition as well. Monaco Enterprises, Inc. is the anticipated sole source for this contract due to the proprietary nature of the alarm equipment and software currently in operation at the facility. The contract involves a delivery and performance period of 360 calendar days from the date of award. Two Monaco D-21 alarm receivers are being procured as the primary deliverables. The place of performance is Jacksonville, Florida, with the contracted work to be completed at NAS Corpus Christi, Texas, where inspection and acceptance will occur at the government facility. Contractors must comply with Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) requirements for base access.
