The project encompasses mobilization, traffic control, installation of a compacted gravel pad, procurement and placement of a prefabricated fuel storage building with specific fire-rated and explosion-proof requirements, and electrical service hookup by licensed electricians. Contractors must maintain active SAM registration, possess valid West Virginia contractor's licenses, and demonstrate past experience in tree/brush clearing, utility pole installation, and electrical service work. This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside with no incumbent contractors identified in the documentation. The project value is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000, with one firm-fixed price contract to be awarded. The selected contractor must begin work within 10 calendar days of award and complete the entire project, including final cleanup, within 30 calendar days. The work involves a single quantity of each line item, including one fuel storage building with specific dimensions (8'4"H x 14'W x 8'D) featuring double wall construction, four-hour fire rating, and compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and EPA standards. All operations will take place at the White Sulphur Springs Ranger Station located at 410 Main St E, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986.
