The proposal submission deadline is August 28, 2025, with a pre-bid conference having been conducted on August 24, 2025.

The anticipated contract value ranges between $25,000 and $100,000, structured as a firm fixed-price arrangement with a performance period of 180 calendar days. Key project specifications include constructing pits that are 2,100mm deep with covers capable of withstanding 7 metric tons of load, and utilizing 200 cubic meters of sand filling material for the installation. The work will be performed in Dhaka, Bangladesh, specifically in the Baridhara area at the Natun Bazar Metro Station construction site. The project necessitates coordination with the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) authority, which will handle road excavation, while the contractor will be responsible for cable continuity testing and groundwater drainage using sump pumps during construction.
