The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering Support Center, Huntsville seeks capability statements from firms by February 15, 2024 to award up to six indefinite delivery contracts to provide full-spectrum facility engineering and architectural design services in support of the Department of Defense's Missile Defense program. Support will include the design of new facilities, sites, and ancillary structures for missile systems deployment. Responses must demonstrate experience in areas such as facility design for missile assembly and handling, reliability and maintainability analyses, electromagnetic pulse protection, seismic design, and security requirements.
There is no set-aside designated for this procurement. The estimated total value for the seven-year ordering period is $400 million, with a base period of three years and two one-year options. Each contract will have a ceiling of $50-150 million. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers anticipates awarding up to six indefinite delivery contracts, which may include both small and large firms, to provide full-spectrum facility engineering and architectural design services primarily to U.S. Army customers but also potentially to the U.S. Air Force and other DoD components.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is seeking capability statements from firms interested in proposing on an Indefinite Delivery (IDC) type service contract for Architect-Engineer (AE) design services in support of theDoD’s Missile Defense Architect-Engineer (MD AE). Support is primarily provided to U.S. Army customers but may also be used to support U.S. Air Force and other DoD components on an as-needed basis. Any contracts awarded are being procured in accordance with (IAW) the Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 36.6 and Engineering Pamphlet (EP) 715-1-7.
CEHNC anticipates awarding an MD AE IDC, with a 36-month base period and two 24-month options for a total ordering period of 7-years. The estimated procurement value is $400M. CEHNC anticipates award of up to six AE IDCs to include both small and large firms; however, reserves the right to award more, less, or none at all.
