This procurement is set aside for Total Small Business, including 8(a), HUBZone, Women-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business firms.

Services will occur in office, laboratory, and support spaces, including Biosafety Level 1 through Level 4 environments. Applicants must maintain active SAM.gov registration, be U.S.-owned entities, and demonstrate bonding capability. Appropriate state and local licenses for electrical and construction work are required; demonstrated experience in occupied facilities and laboratory environments with BSL-3 and BSL-4 experience is highly desirable.

The Government anticipates awarding to a balanced pool including 1–2 integration-focused firms and 1–4 trade specialists. The contract will operate from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2031 (base year plus four option years) with a cumulative ceiling of $15,000,000. Task orders are anticipated to range primarily at or below $350,000, with many under $100,000.
