The CDC seeks small business contractors capable of providing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) installation and integration services, as well as facility renovation and repair services at CDC campuses and leased facilities primarily in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The contract will operate on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis with an ordering period of up to five years. Applicable NAICS codes include 238390 (Other Building Finishing Contractors—primary), 423210 (Furniture Merchant Wholesalers), 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), 238210 (Electrical Contractors), 238220 (HVAC Contractors), and 238350 (Finish Carpentry Contractors). The Government seeks sources capable of supporting one or both of two Areas of Emphasis: FF&E Installation and Integration (including furniture installation, warehousing, relocation, laboratory casework, and cabinetry); and Facility Renovation and Repair (including minor construction, building finishing, demolition, painting, millwork, low-voltage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems). Task orders are anticipated to range primarily at or below $350,000, with many under $100,000. The Government encourages teaming arrangements and Contractor Teaming Agreements when task orders require capabilities spanning both areas. Interested parties must maintain active SAM.gov registration, be U.S.-owned entities, and demonstrate bonding capability. Responses are due by July 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST and should be submitted to Jasmine Powell at jpowell5@cdc.gov. This notice targets small businesses including 8(a), HUBZone, Women-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business firms. The market research will inform the Government's acquisition strategy and potential set-aside approach at both the IDIQ and task order levels.
