The purpose of this amendment (0001) is to answer a question posed by industry.
The following question was posed by industry to the Government regarding Request for Proposal W31P4Q-17-R-0079:
QUESTION: In Solicitation Number: W31P4Q-17-R-0079, on pages 38-40, Section M, M-4, "Evaluation Factors," lists three factors for evaluation: Technical, Past Performance , and Price. In reviewing Section M (Instructions, Conditions, and Notices) there are no instructions listed for the Technical or Past Performance RFP Response. Request that the USG provide specific guidance (page count, etc.) on the Technical and Past Performance RFP response?
ANSWER: 50 pages is the limit for each factor to be evaluated. The information shall be submitted in electronic format (i.e., portable document format (pdf) or word document). The font size is not restricted and must be easily readable. Section M-4 provides sufficient guidelines for addressing the evaluation factors.
