About this opportunity

The Special Notice is issued by the Department of the Navy Military Sealift Command (MSC) for the purchase of six (6) Exportable Bridge Resource Management (BRM) Team Training Course Simulator Systems, with options to purchase up to an additional four (4) systems. The contractor shall also provide training for MSC instructors and maintenance support for the systems.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to solicit proposals from contractors for the supply, training, and maintenance of the BRM Team Training Course Simulator Systems. The period of performance is a one-year base period with four one-year option periods and a six-month extension option. The simulator systems must include specific brand name components, such as Buffalo Computer Graphics (BCG) RADAR Products and Raytheon Synapsis NX Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS). Proposals are due by September 4, 2024, and the Government will evaluate proposals based on technical capability and price. This is a firm-fixed price contract and there is no commercial financing available.
