About this opportunity
The Naval Air Systems Command seeks proposals to update the host computational systems and operating systems for MH-60 Romeo and Sierra trainer systems under the MH-60 R/S System Concurrency and Air Wing Integration program. Offerors must demonstrate their configuration management plan, software development and integration tools, and proposed rights in technical data, software, and documentation. Evaluation will focus on approaches to system upgrades, configuration management processes, development tool capabilities, and ensuring open competition and transferability of non-proprietary data and software. Industry feedback on the revised technical elements sections 1-4 of the draft RFP is due by May 17, 2023.
The opportunity is set aside for total small business and would involve upgrading the computational systems and software for the MH-60 helicopter fleet. The NAICS code is 541511 and PSC code is D316. As the draft RFP is still in development, specific budget or quantity details are unavailable, but the goal is to minimize non-recurring engineering costs for the system upgrades across the MH-60 air wings.
Notice text
The Government is seeking feedback regarding the revised technical elements for the SCAI DRAFT RFP. The Government is posting revised Technical Elements 1-4 and would like to recieve Industry feedback on it since revisions were done after questions and comments received after the Industry Day, Site Visit and One on one sessions. Since there will probably not be time in the schedule for another DRAFT RFP the Government wanted to provide this section for review one more time.
