Evaluation criteria include knowledge assessments averaging 80%, student satisfaction ratings of 4.0 out of 5.0, 95% positive feedback on virtual delivery effectiveness, on-time material delivery, 98% schedule adherence, and instructor professionalism with no more than one substantiated complaint per class. The response deadline for this Sources Sought Notice is April 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, with responses limited to 10 pages in 12-point Times New Roman font submitted to Christina Brown and Justin Cole at the VA.
