Additional services encompass bulk liquid system tests, cryogenic fluid system checks, pressure gauge calibrations, and emergency repair services not to exceed $2,000 per contract year. Evaluation will be based on technical approach, experience with medical gas distribution systems, and price, with required documentation including VA Form 10091, W-9 tax certification, SAM registration, and VAAR certifications. Questions must be submitted by May 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM MST, with offers due by May 11, 2026 at 3:00 PM MST.

The work will be performed at the VA San Diego Healthcare System facility located at San Diego, California 92161. Contractors must maintain personal liability and property damage insurance, comply with OSHA and NFPA standards, and coordinate all work with facility operations to minimize disruption. Monthly invoicing will be submitted electronically via the Tungsten Network system, with payment processed through the VA's financial system following submission of inspection reports in both electronic and paper formats documenting findings and recommendations.
