The notice describes a federal contract opportunity for approximately 9,188 rentable square feet of office and administrative space located within the airport property. TSA requires this space to support its screener workforce and administrative functions, with a specific need for on-airport location to effectively carry out mission-critical duties. The space must be accessible by major arterial roads or public transportation systems, have sufficient visitor parking, and be capable of supporting a 24-hour operation. While there is no specific set-aside for this opportunity, the TSA will evaluate potential locations based on economic advantages and mission requirements. Interested parties must submit their information via email to Tasha.Hill@tsa.dhs.gov by 11:59 PM on February 14, 2025, with submissions from non-property owners requiring a permission letter from the building owner.
