The period of performance is from December 31, 2021 to December 30, 2023 with an option to extend to June 30, 2024. Proposals are due by December 1, 2021.

This action will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price, IDDQ contract for the C-ICP in support of MCARs, with a 12 month basic period plus one annual option period. The period of performance (PoP) is projected to be 31 Dec 2021 through 30 December 2023 unless the option to extend services is exercised which will extend the contract through 30 June 2024.

The primary objective of the MC-130 Air Refueling System (MCARS) Contractor-Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) is to provide material management and supply support for MCARS-unique components as well as provide storage for MCARS system components removed from MC-130H aircraft. This requirement will ensure MCARS remains sustainable for the Air Force Special Operations Command, Combat Talon II aircraft.
