This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlines three required data items for the MC-130 Air Refueling System (MCARS) Contractor-Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) contract. Boeing, as the sole contractor, must submit monthly status reports beginning 60 days after award and by the 15th of each month. Quarterly contract funds status reports are due the 4th business day after the end of each quarter. Chief Financial Officer reports accounting for government property receipts, inventory, adjustments and shipments are required quarterly within 5 business days of each reporting period end. All reports shall be delivered electronically to the specified Air Force contracting officer. The period of performance for the fixed price C-ICP contract is from December 2021 through December 2023 with an option to extend through June 2024.

The public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 110 hours per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. Block 9: Distribution authorized to U.S. Government agencies and their contractors, Administrative and Operational use, 13 Sept 21. Other requests shall be referred to
AFLCMC/WIUAI.
Blocks 8, 11-13: Contractor shall submit first draft report beginning 60 calendar days after contract award and by the 15th of the following month. If the 15th day falls on a weekend, submit report the first business day thereafter. The Government will review and provide comments 5 business days after receipt. The Contractor shall incorporate the Government comments and resubmit 5 workdays after receipt.
