Market Research Announcement – Request for Virtual Demos of a Credit Risk Scoring Tool

Background: The US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) is conducting market research for an upcoming requirement to procure  credit risk scoring models to be used in ongoing DFC operations. To aid in the market research and refinement of the requirement, DFC is requesting demos of applicable tools and capabilities from industry.

Scope: DFC’s overall goal is to acquire  credit risk scoring models that measures probability of default (PD) and loss given default (LGD)  for a portfolio segment covering US companies.   In order to accurately evaluate the risk of default and loss given default, and ultimately determine the potential for an expected credit loss, DFC seeks robust PD and loss given default LGD models, backed by statistical historical default and recovery data. The models are expected to have both qualitative and quantitative components.

Scheduling: All demos will be completed virtually, via the WebEx platform. Scheduling will be done on a first come, first serve basis. The following 60 minute slots are available:

If the vendor does not give second or third choice preference, and the first choice is filled, the vendor will be informed that their requested time slot is filled. All scheduling will be done on a first come, first service basis.

If the timeslot requested is available, a WebEx invite will be sent to the requesting party to finalize the presentation date.

This opportunity to present a demo to aid the DFC in its market research will be open until Monday, August 17, 2020, at 10:00 am EDT or until all slots have been filled (whichever is sooner).
