This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document?s incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 Effective Date 7 Aug 2025. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% Total Small business Set-aside under NAICS 336611 - Ship Building and Repairing, with a size standard of 1300 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of an active SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. This solicitation is to procure maintenance services to maintain the operation and readiness of the Debris Vessel BD-5. Contractor is responsible for supplying all the necessary services, equipment, and equipment materials to perform all maintenance and repair activities in the scope of work.
