04/18/2017 Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic has a requirement to standardize Management and Business Analytical Services (MBAS) to support SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic's Business Intelligence Enterprise (BIE). The proposed procurement will standardize the BIE processes across the Command and will allow improved Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) services capability in supporting customer and Command objectives.
