The 413th Regional Contracting Office, Hawaii has a requirement for Maintenance Assistance Instruction Team (MAIT) Services in the Pacific Theater and its complete Area of Responsibility (AOR).
This acquisition is 100% set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541614, Process, Physical Distribution and Logistics Consulting Services, with a small business size standard of $20.0 Million.
The Government is seeking a Firm Fixed Price services contract to provide MAIT for the U.S. Army Garrison in the Pacific Theater. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The MAIT program shall provide each unit or division training and assistance team to aid in meeting Army objectives for deployment and conduct logistics training, assess equipment readiness, and provide corrective solutions to systems problems. Services shall include providing a planned and coordinated program, course and curriculum development, subject or routine instruction in professional, technical, administrative, or other fields designed to improve individual and organization performance and assist in achieving the agency's mission.
The United States Army Pacific is an Army Service Component Command designated by the Secretary of the Army; it may also serve as a Joint Task Force headquarters. It is the army component unit of the United States Indo-Pacific Command, and its mission is to support the Commander, United States Indo-Pacific Command. U.S. Army Pacific throughout the Pacific AOR from Japan, Korea, Guam to Alaska and Hawaii. USARPAC G4 is responsible for ensuring compliance with sustainment policies and procedures, evaluating and instructing units to ensure proper maintenance and logistics operations.
