About this opportunity

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency seeks subscription access to a web-based macroeconomic forecasting and analytical platform on a firm-fixed-price basis, with quotations due July 23, 2026 and questions due July 14, 2026. This is a competitive procurement with no set-aside.

Place of performance is Washington, DC. The contract comprises a one-year base period (September 22, 2026 through September 21, 2027) and four one-year option periods extending through September 21, 2031. The platform must deliver historical macroeconomic, financial, and demographic data at national, state, and Metropolitan Statistical Area levels—minimum 1,500 data series nationally and 500 at state and MSA levels, including residential construction and home sales data since 1990. Forecast data must cover a minimum five-year horizon with baseline and at least five alternative scenarios across all three geographic levels (minimum 1,000 series nationally, 300 at state level, 100 at MSA level, covering at least the largest 350 MSAs). The contractor shall provide weekly national-level written economic analysis and commentary plus state and MSA reports at least three times annually; web-based data access with Excel/CSV export capability, an Excel add-in, and API access; and annual training with two-business-day technical support response time. Licenses must transfer among OCC employees at no additional cost, and OCC may post state and MSA reports on its internal secured website. Government users retain archival rights for regulatory and recordkeeping purposes after contract termination.

NAICS code is 519290 (Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services); PSC is DA10 (Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service). Evaluation prioritizes Technical Capability over Price, assessing breadth and quality of forecasting data, analytical capabilities, reporting functionality, and geographic coverage. The contracting officer is Sean Frey (sean.frey@occ.treas.gov). Amendment 0002, effective July 16, extended the quotation deadline from July 21 to July 23.
