About this file

This is Amendment No. 0001 to Solicitation 2031JW26Q00068, issued by the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Acquisitions Management on July 9, 2026. The amendment corrects an administrative error regarding the deadline for submission of questions and provides the Government's response to one question of general applicability.

The revised deadline for submitting written questions concerning the solicitation is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 14, 2026. Questions must be submitted via email to Sean Frey, Contracting Officer, at sean.frey@occ.treas.gov. The Government clarified that the solicitation is a separate competitive procurement following an earlier Request for Information (RFI) that was conducted solely for market research purposes and did not constitute a solicitation. The RFI informed the Government's acquisition planning, but the solicitation posted on SAM.gov is the controlling procurement document establishing the Government's final requirements. Interested quoters must prepare and submit quotations based on the solicitation requirements, including any amendments thereto.

2. Questions and Answers

Pursuant to paragraph (j)(3) of the solicitation, the Government provides the following response to a question of general applicability:

Question 1: Is the solicitation associated with the previously issued Request for Information

(RFI), or is it a separate opportunity? The solicitation appears to overlap with the RFI but contains some differences.

Answer: The solicitation is the competitive procurement that follows the Government's earlier market research. The previously issued Request for Information (RFI) was conducted solely for market research purposes and did not constitute a solicitation. Information obtained through the

RFI informed the Government's acquisition planning. The solicitation posted on SAM.gov is the controlling procurement document, and interested quoters should prepare and submit quotations based on the requirements of the solicitation, including any amendments thereto.

The Government considered information received in response to the RFI during its acquisition planning; however, the solicitation establishes the Government's final requirements for this procurement.
