About this opportunity
Paragraph 1:
The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) at Picatinny Arsenal is conducting a market survey on behalf of the Project Director Tactical Artillery Systems (PD TAS) to identify potential sources for the procurement and delivery of the M119A3 105mm Towed Howitzer Artillery Power Distribution Assembly (APDA) [PN 13022798]. The APDA is a Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) that receives DC input power and distributes conditioned DC power to other LRUs of the M119A3 105mm Light Towed Howitzer Digital Fire Control (DFC) system. Interested vendors are requested to provide a statement of capability, rough order of magnitude cost and schedule, as well as any designs that are not fully compliant with the requirements. Responses are due by April 10, 2024.
Paragraph 2:
This is a pre-solicitation notice and not a solicitation, so there is no set-aside designation. The government has not indicated any potential incumbents or current contractors. This is an informational market survey, so the government has not provided any award value or budget range details. The key numerical details are that the APDA incorporates an Ethernet Serial device server with at least four serial and four Ethernet connections, and the government is seeking to identify potential sources for the procurement and delivery of this item.
