Contractors are subject to strict subcontracting limitations, specifically that they cannot pay more than 85 percent of the government contract amount to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities. The bid opening is planned for approximately 30 days following the solicitation release, with exact dates to be specified in the formal solicitation documents.
