About this opportunity
Pacific Air Forces is conducting market research to identify suppliers of replacement and maintenance parts for snow removal and support vehicles at Eielson Air Force Base and Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, with responses due by September 15, 2026. No set-aside is anticipated.
The parts requirements span over 600 line items for snow fleet vehicles (plows, brooms, blowers) and over 2,000 historical line items for Oshkosh and MB vehicles, including hydraulic components, filters, seals, bearings, brake assemblies, transmission parts, electrical components, and specialized snow removal equipment. Primary current vendors include Oshkosh, Napa, MB Co., and Cummins. Individual vehicle maintenance records show parts costs ranging from $553.40 to $2,551.08 per service cycle.
Respondents must indicate which parts they can supply (all, some, or none), certify that non-U.S. sourced items comply with Trade Agreements Act requirements, and provide typical historical lead times. No pricing information should be submitted during this market research phase. The detailed parts listings are provided in attached Excel spreadsheets organized by vehicle category and, for the Oshkosh/MB listing, by purchase year from 2006 through 2023. This market research will inform potential future solicitation strategy for parts supply to both locations.
