Description: One, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining, container vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 900 ammunition TEUs with a net explosive weight of 5.0M pounds while satisfying all applicable regulatory segregation and compatibility requirements. Vessel must be certified to carry Hazardous Class 1 material (all Divisions) in each stow area above and below deck and Hazardous Class 2.2 material in at least one stow area on the vessel. This shall be documented in the vessel's Document of Compliance for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods. Vessel must be capable of 13 knots minimum when laden. Vessel must not exceed a maximum overall length of 304.8 meters or 1000 feet, and a laden draft of 10.7 meters or 35 feet.
