The robot must feature a pipetting range of 1 microliter to 1000 microliters, accuracy between 1% and 2.5% for volumes ≥5 microliters, and support high-throughput 96-well pipetting with multi-channel independently controlled channels. Integrated automation modules (thermal cycler, heating/shaking, magnetic separation), automated plate-stacking, and integrated barcode scanning for traceability are required. Software must support custom workflow creation through graphical and scripted interfaces. The vendor must deliver a fully installed and operational system including control computer, software licenses, installation, functional verification (IQ/OQ style), personnel training, operational documentation, and one year of on-site warranty service.
