Contractors will be responsible for providing trained personnel, non-developmental UAS equipment, certifications, operations and maintenance, spare parts, and product support to deliver sensor data. The solicitation is limited to existing Basic Ordering Agreement holders and represents a pre-solicitation notice published for information purposes only; the government has sole discretion to award the delivery order. The due date for responses is May 2, 2026.
This procurement includes no set-aside designations and will be awarded on a limited source basis to one of four pre-identified contractors: Insitu, Inc., AeroVironment, Shield AI, or Textron Systems. The anticipated period of performance begins September 1, 2026 and extends through January 31, 2028, with a base period followed by four option periods concluding on August 31, 2031.
