About this opportunity

The Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) intends to award a sole source contract to Lift Airborne Technologies LLC for the Lift AV2.2+ Next Generation Faceworn Helmet. The proposed contract action is sole source only, and the Air Force will use Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition. All responses received will be reviewed by the government, but a determination not to compete the proposed contract is solely within the government's discretion.

There is no set-aside designation for this procurement. Lift Airborne Technologies LLC is the only identified potential source for the Lift AV2.2+ helmet. The government has not provided any information on the potential award value or budget range. The Air Force plans to establish an agency-wide contract in 2025 to procure additional helmet needs.
