The base contract period runs October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods extending through September 2031. Firm fixed pricing is required for all line items. Evaluation is based primarily on price unless the contracting officer possesses past performance information indicating lowest price may not represent best value, in which case a price and past performance tradeoff may be conducted. This is a FAR Part 12 commercial services acquisition with all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses incorporated. Quoters must be registered in SAM and submit electronically to Dakota Laughlin, Kevin Clauson, and Adelina Lozzi.
