While no specific award value is explicitly stated, the draft Performance Work Statement indicates the contract will require maintaining at least 15 user accounts and ensuring 5 unique job postings are live during the contract period. The service requires delivering a minimum of 3 qualified applicants per month, with performance evaluated based on the timely delivery of candidates meeting 12MCD's officer mission needs. The contract is structured as a non-personal services arrangement, with the contractor responsible for managing recruitment processes without direct government supervision. The procurement represents a strategic approach to streamlining legal talent acquisition for the Marine Corps, focusing on efficiency, quality of candidates, and professional recruitment management.
