About this opportunity

Area Support Group - Jordan (ASG-J), under the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal, intends to solicit a lease of ten ground ambulances in support of medical transit operations throughout Jordan, with responses to a sources-sought notice due October 16, 2026. The procurement carries no set-aside. Delivery is required to designated ASG-J receiving points in Jordan within thirty calendar days of contract award; the Government Q&A specifies delivery to JTC-J in Zarqa. The anticipated contract structure is firm-fixed-price, comprising one twelve-month base year and four twelve-month option years, with the lessor responsible for delivery, comprehensive full-service maintenance, and end-of-term vehicle return. Vehicles must arrive turn-key, inspected, road-ready, and fully configured for immediate operational use. ASG-J seeks Advanced Life Support configured ambulances and invites offerors to recommend the optimal mix of Type I, Type II, and Type III vehicles with rationale. Offerors may propose vehicles built to U.S. standards (KKK-A-1822, NFPA 1917, or CAAS GVS) or, alternatively, EN 1789 or equivalent European standards; those proposing European-standard vehicles must clearly identify deviations and address operational, maintenance, and sustainment implications in the Jordan theater. Rough Order of Magnitude pricing must include all costs: international shipping, import and customs clearance, local vehicle registration, and initial insurance. The Government also seeks ROM pricing for two configurations: fully equipped turnkey ambulances with all medical equipment and consumables furnished by the contractor, and ambulance chassis and module only with no medical equipment installed.
