About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Omaha is seeking qualified lessors to provide office and related space in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The government requires 1,576 usable square feet (1,812 rentable square feet) of office space to replace its current leased facility, which is expiring. In evaluating proposals, the government will consider the availability and suitability of alternate space, janitorial services included in the lease agreement, and relocation costs including physical move expenses, tenant improvement replication, telecommunications infrastructure setup, and potential agency downtime. The solicitation will assess the economic advantage of relocating to alternate space compared to renewing the current lease. Proposals are due by February 5, 2026, with the solicitation posted on January 30, 2026.

This opportunity carries no set-aside designation, meaning it is open to all qualified bidders. No specific budget range or award value has been disclosed in the solicitation notice. The performance location is Cheyenne, Wyoming, where the government currently operates office space under an expiring lease. Prospective lessors should be prepared to provide detailed information regarding space availability, included services such as janitorial support, and associated relocation and operational costs to support the government's comparative analysis.
