The procurement encompasses user support, account management, help desk ticket resolution, and server administration services including backups, security patches, hardware maintenance, and failure resolution, with specific expertise required across all LDMS functional areas and integration with existing USAF legacy systems. Prospective contractors must demonstrate at least five years of experience in software management, server administration, or database projects, five years supporting and managing servers and databases within Air Force network infrastructure, and three years of experience with legacy supply systems (D043, D035K) and LDMS integration. All responses must include DoD-approved Information Assurance workforce certifications as specified in DoDM 8140.03, with CompTIA Security+ certification required at minimum for System Administrators, Database Administrators, and Information Assurance Officers. Responses to the Capability Survey are due by close of business on March 23, 2026, with final RFI responses due by March 26, 2026, and should be directed to Ricardo Jones, Jennifer Primus, and Hayley Brown at their respective Air Force email addresses.
