This opportunity contains no set-aside designation and represents a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with reimbursable items on a per-diem basis. The contract period extends for ten years from July 16, 2026 through July 15, 2036, with annual option years evaluated by adding one-half of the final option period's price to the total evaluated price. Performance must occur at locations on the U.S. West Coast spanning from the southern tip of Florida westward to the southern tip of the Texas coast, with inland waterway berths not exceeding 150 miles from open waters and Mississippi River berths located south of the Baton Rouge area. If vessels are berthed at separate facilities, they must be no more than five miles apart.
