About this opportunity
The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting proposals for law enforcement, traffic control, and security services in accordance with the specifications provided. Proposals will be evaluated on a best value basis considering technical approach and past performance. Questions must be submitted by email by June 30, 2022, after which a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded.
There is no set-aside designated for this requirement. The Washington State Patrol is the incumbent contractor being considered for sole source award of the contract, estimated between $2-5 million over a one year base period and four one-year options plus a six-month extension, to provide specified services at Naval Supply Systems Command facilities in Washington state through September 2028.

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting for law enforcement, traffic control and security services in
accordance with the solicitation specifications.
The acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Washington State Patrol per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Part 12
and Subpart 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested persons may identify their interest and
capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely
for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this
action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Award of a firm-fixed price supply type contract utilizing FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5, Commercial and Simplified
Acquisition Procedures, is anticipated.
Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the SAM.GOV website and for
frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to
access the posted documents.No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment
will be mailed or faxed.
