The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria:

Technical Approach: The Government will review each offeror’s plan for laundering and handling clinic garments to ensure it meets all requirements in the Statement of Work. This includes following industry standards and regulations such as OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standards and COMDTINST M6000.1F. The evaluation will look at how the offeror will prevent cross-contamination, keep garments in good condition, and ensure quality through inspections and inventory checks. A quote must comply in all aspects with the requirements and conditions set forth in this RFQ; a quote must meet or exceed all mandatory RFQ requirements. If an Offeror takes exception to any of the terms and conditions of the RFQ or fails to meet any of the requirements of the RFQ, then the Government may consider the quote unacceptable
