This is a total small business set-aside, specifically 100 percent Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB).

Place of performance is 1111 Broadway, Suite 1200, Oakland, California 94607. The period of performance runs from September 8 to November 7, 2026, a 60-calendar-day window. The contract is firm-fixed-price for one unit of removal and disposal service.

The scope includes dismantling and removing two MediaStation Electrical Lateral File units (Model No. SYS-120-1611-US, 129" L x 48" D x 106" H), disconnecting electrical components using lockout-tagout procedures, removing floor anchors with patching, protecting and restoring flooring, implementing dust control, patching and painting affected wall surfaces using Dunn-Edwards Winter Morn interior eggshell paint, repairing the suspended ceiling tile grid, furnishing and installing matching carpet tile and cove base, and relocating four 2'x4' LED light fixtures. The contractor must also furnish, install, and terminate four CAT-6 homerun data cables from the IT server room. Two optional line items cover furnishing and installing electrical and data outlets at designated locations. Work is scheduled primarily outside normal business hours with 24-hour notice required. The contractor must carry comprehensive insurance including $1 million workers' compensation, $1 million commercial general liability with $2 million aggregate, $1 million employer's liability, $1 million business automobile, and $5 million umbrella liability. All personnel must provide valid government-issued photo identification and undergo background investigations commensurate with facility access requirements.

Award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical evaluation uses four pass-fail criteria: addressing all SOW requirements, providing specific and adequate approach, indicating compliance with minimum requirements, and demonstrating effective staffing.
