About this opportunity
The Air Force published a Special Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source for a spectrum monitoring system. The Notice was issued by the Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center on behalf of the Directorate of Cyberspace and Information Dominance to provide advance notification of a forthcoming sole source contract award to CRFS, Inc. in accordance with FAR Part 5.203.
The Notice aims to acquire services from CRFS, Inc. to support a logical follow-on effort for a sole source spectrum monitoring system at Shaw AFB and Seymour Johnson AFB. The closing date for the Synopsis was June 6, 2022. Eligible contractors must have a NAICS code of 334515 and employ no more than 750 workers. The Attachment outlines requirements for an enterprise spectrum monitoring system for multiple Air Force bases to design, develop, install, and test a turnkey capability monitoring radio frequencies from 30MHz to 18GHz within a 5 square mile range, integrating known frequency data with anomaly detection capabilities and centralized access.

Synopsis- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source
The Air Force intends to negotiate and award a non-competitive contract to CRFS, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334515 and the Business Size is 750 employees. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. ACC AMIC/PKAA, 300 Exploration Way, Hampton, VA 23666 intends to award a sole source contract to acquire services in support of the Directorate of Cyberspace and Information Dominance (ACC/A6).
This action is a logical follow on to support the following effort for Sole Source Spectrum Monitoring System Shaw and Seymour Johnson AFB Contract FA489022P0008.
