About this opportunity
The U.S. Embassy Singapore intends to issue a Request for Quotations for landscaping and grounds maintenance services at U.S. Government properties in Singapore, with solicitation release expected on SAM.gov when available. No set-aside applies. The Embassy will solicit maintenance of the Chancery, Chief of Mission Residence, and Deputy Chief of Mission Residence, encompassing routine landscape and garden maintenance, lawn care, pruning, groundskeeping, debris removal, and related horticultural services to maintain exterior areas year-round in a safe, functional, and professional condition.
Place of performance is Singapore. The anticipated contract is firm-fixed-price for one base year with no option periods. The Government may award based on the initial quotation without discussions. Contractor personnel may require access to controlled U.S. Government facilities and must comply with all applicable Embassy security procedures and access requirements. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and other resources necessary to perform services. Due to Singapore's tropical climate and year-round growing conditions, recurring landscape maintenance services will be required throughout the performance period.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference. All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to quotation submission per FAR 52.204-7 and shall obtain all licenses, permits, registrations, and authorizations required to perform work in Singapore. Additional information, including quotation submission instructions, will be provided upon solicitation issuance.
