This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 5.201. The Defense Health Agency, Western Markets Contracting Division hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Priced purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to INVENTRIX INC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply.

The work will be performed at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA. The period of performance is 24 March 2025 to 23 March 2029. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
