Samples must be spiked at specified analyte concentrations within defined ranges, stored in cryovials at −80°C, labeled with unique barcoded sample IDs, and accompanied by event summary spreadsheets documenting sample IDs, nominal concentrations, and recipient laboratories. Samples must meet an 80% acceptance quality level where concentrations fall within 30% of the nominal concentration established by network results. Deliveries occur the week before scheduled events per the provided calendar (Attachment 2).
NAICS code is 325998 (All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing); PSC is 6810 (Chemicals).
