About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Air Systems Command is seeking a contractor to augment Marine Corps personnel by performing aircraft maintenance functions through the KRACEn MAC Task Order HMLAT-303 Recompete. The specific maintenance services required include Line maintenance, Corrosion Control, Tool Room operations, Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI), and aircraft scheduled and unscheduled Organizational Level (O-Level) maintenance support. This requirement will be competed exclusively through the KRACEn MAC, meaning only existing KRACEn MAC awardees are eligible to submit offers. The solicitation has been subject to multiple amendments, with the most current substantive amendment being Amendment 0002, posted on March 19, 2026, which extended the proposal due date to March 31, 2026, and provided revised attachments. Recent amendments on March 30, 2026, clarified that Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) submissions are not required, despite earlier indications in the solicitation system.
This is a Total Small Business set-aside opportunity designated exclusively for small business contractors. The contracting vehicle is the KRACEn MAC, which limits competition to current awardees under that master contract agreement. The place of performance is Camp Pendleton North, California, and the work falls under aircraft maintenance and repair services as classified under NAICS code 336411 (Aircraft Manufacturing) and PSC code J015 (Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment—Aircraft and Airframe Structural Components). The solicitation does not specify award values, budget ranges, or the specific timeline for service delivery beyond the immediate proposal deadline of March 31, 2026. Interested KRACEn MAC awardees should note that any questions regarding the solicitation should have been submitted prior to the amendments, as the Government indicated no additional amendments are anticipated.
