About this opportunity
The Bureau of Land Management Oregon-Washington Region seeks installation of a replacement closed-circuit television system at its Klamath Falls Field Office in Oregon, with quotations due August 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time and a mandatory site visit on August 19, 2026.
Work spans three BLM facilities: the Main Office at 2795 Anderson Avenue Building 25, Building 200 (Apparatus Building), and the Seed Building. The contractor must remove existing systems and install new NDAA-compliant IP camera systems, estimated to include three 8–16 channel network video recorders, uninterruptible power supply backup, and approximately 19–23 cameras distributed across all locations. Coverage areas total approximately 1.5 acres at the Anderson Avenue site with additional surveillance at the Westburnham Way location. All products must be Trade Agreements Act compliant and comply with Section 889 of the 2019 NDAA. Systems must remain stand-alone without connection to Department of Interior or BLM enterprise networks or the Internet. Work includes 30-day video retention capability, training for up to three BLM personnel, as-built documentation, and warranty information.
Performance period is 120 business days from contract award with completion required by December 31, 2026. Work hours are restricted to one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset, excluding weekends and federal holidays. The NAICS code is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths); PSC is 6350, Miscellaneous Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems. Evaluation prioritizes technical approach, relevant experience (minimum three similar projects completed within five years), and price, with award to the responsible firm offering best value. Prevailing wage rates apply per Department of Labor Wage Determination 2015-5581, Revision 30, effective May 13, 2026, for Klamath and Lake Counties, Oregon.
