This requirement is for Kitchen Hood and Duct Maintenance. The contractor shall provide all management tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to provide Kitchen Hood and Duct Maintenance services for eight buildings at Joint Base Andrews, MD. Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
The Government intends to award a base year contract with four one-year option periods and one six-month extension of services option.
The period of performance is anticipated to begin 15 Nov 16.
Amendment 0001-This requirement is set aside to 100% small businesses as changed in the solicitation.
Amendment 0002-Evaluation criteria is amended to remove Subfactor 1 - Manpower and Past Performance Questionnaires.
Note: This is not a combined synopsis/solicitation as named on the attachment titles and FBO document type posting. This requirement was previously synopsized under FA2860-16-R-0030 as required by FAR part 5. This is the only solicitation.
