The government will use the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation methodology and will assess contractor performance through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan requiring 100% technical compliance, 95% on-schedule completion, and 100% documentation submission rate. The solicitation deadline is August 21, 2025, and quotes must be submitted via email to designated contracting personnel.

This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and will result in a single firm-fixed-price contract award. The contract structure includes a 12-month base period spanning fiscal years 2025-2030 (September 30, 2025 through September 29, 2030) with four additional 12-month option periods, creating a potential five-year contract duration. The five radar test equipment units requiring calibration have serial numbers 00119, 00097, 00109, 00101, and 00115, and contractors must submit monthly performance reports and calibration certifications throughout the contract performance period. Services will be performed to support operations at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Hanover, New Jersey, though notably the contractor will not be required to work on-base and there are no specific security or base entry requirements. The solicitation falls under NAICS code 811210 for Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and contractors must maintain active System for Award Management registration and provide itemized pricing for each Contract Line Item Number.
