The Performance Work Statement indicates that the contractor must provide subscriptions or licenses, product training through asynchronous webinars and SCORM-compliant modules, four annual 15-30 minute professional learning modules, technical support within one business day, system integration with Schoology and Google Classroom via single sign-on through ClassLink, and a transition and data migration plan. All personnel with access to DoDEA data must be U.S. citizens with annual DoD Privacy Act and personally identifiable information training, and work will be performed at the contractor's facilities.
